I just want to make comment about your staff Allan who looks after the carpark at 55 Market St. I first saw Allan with the signboard outside the carpark when I enquired about monthly car parking.
He was friendly and efficient in ensuring that I got all the information that I need.
These days, he ensures that I am parked in the right spot and is always happy for a chat in the morning.
He is a great asset to your company who is committed to customer service. In fact, all my dealings with the InterPark head office and parking staff have been pleasant and efficient.

Really good customer service is very rare these days. Samantha really gave excellent service and showed she really cared. I’m more amazed, as the request was for a car parking spot (nothing special) but Samantha was treating me as if I was spending a huge amount of $$$$.
